Christopher Calcutt and Nigel Maclean of Calcutt Maclean Wood (estate agency) and Sarah Wood of Calcutt Maclean Wood Lettings (residential lettings) are in Wye, operating within Mid and East Kent.

Ian Standen of Calcutt Maclean Standen (estate agency) in Cranbrook and Rye covers West Kent and East Sussex.

They are all either a member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) or The Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) and abide by their Codes of Practice.

Ian Standen and Alex Hill are also responsible for Weald Property Management, which lets property throughout West Kent and East Sussex.

Sarah Wood’s Mulberry Cottages is a holiday lettings business with properties across the South of England.
